Pricing:

Standard Greetings starting at  $120*

Your yard greeting rental includes:   

*  1 day greeting up to 25 characters. (ex: Happy 50th Birthday Jennifer!, Happy

   Anniversary, Welcome Home Jaret)

*  At least 2 large graphics (ex. Baseball, volleyball, flower, emoji, birthday cake etc)

    Choice of graphics are dependant on availability.

*  Lots of colorful and matching balloons and stars 

*  Delivery, setup and pickup

Standard Graduation Greeting  starting at $150*

Your yard greeting rental includes:   

*1 day greeting up to 20 characters.(ex:"Congrats Kaitlyn,"Way to Go Justin","You Did It Ellie", "We love our Seniors")

*2 large graphics.(ex. Grad hat,high school or college specialty sign,you did it, way to go, we love you,school mascot sign,class of 22, etc.) Choice of graphics are dependant on availability.

*Lots of colorful and matching balloons and stars in school colors.

*Delivery, setup and pickup

*Add the purple SSHS or Yellow/Gold RHS for $20. Limited availability.

*Additional name $20 each

*Additional large graphics, please add $10

*Additional day, please add $50

*Major Holidays, please add $35 

(Christmas December 24-26, Thanksgiving,4th of July)

*Orders less than 48 hours in advance, please add $25

*Wooden Stand Upgrade . $15 each stand. Multiple stands are typically required for most greetings. Limited availability. First come first serve. 

All graphics and stands are dependant on availability. Envy Yard Greetings has the right to refuse a yard greeting request for any reason. 

Sales tax of 8.265% will be added to all invoices. 

Delivery/Installation/Pick up:

We do all the work for you! On the day of install, our yard fairies will deliver and install your greeting. No need to be home!

Payment:

You will receive an invoice by email. Payments are due upon receipt to confirm your booking.  We accept the following payment options: Venmo, Pay Pal and cash. 

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are available for purchase.  Gift certificate holders are not guaranteed specific dates, letters or graphics.  All install dates, letters, graphics and stands are subject to availability. Any reservation made using a gift certificate will be subject to our normal booking policy. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Inclement weather:

Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, snow blizzard, high winds, as well as hard grounds (yard signs will only work in soft ground) and any other Acts Of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way. We will attempt to reschedule delivery, or a full refund will be issued. In some cases, we may still be able to accommodate your surprise/celebration, but inclement weather, particularly HIGH WINDS, may require a wodden stand to be used or the yard greeting to be removed early.  

Rental Policy:

• Lawns are required for installation. Greetings are unable to be installed in zero scape yards. However, we do offer a wooden stand upgrade for zero scape yards, patios, or inside installs. Dependant on availability of stands.
• WE CANNOT INSTALL IN HARD GROUND!! This includes some lawns. We request lawns be watered daily beginning 3 days prior to install. We advise testing the display area in several places to make sure it will allow our signs to penetrate the soil atleast 5-6 inches deep.  If soil has not been watered extremely well, there is a chance the sign will not be able to be installed. 
• Payment is required at booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation.
• All dates and greetings are dependant on availability. 
• For the safety of everyone, please do not play on/around the greeting.
• Please do not remove/move any signs, including our advertising sign.  
• Please do not dispose of any signs.
• Please cancel lawn services while the greeting is installed.
• Please water your lawn daily beginning 3 days prior to install!!!  Also, please water for ONE FULL HOUR the day of your scheduled greeting date. (warmer months especially!)
• Please remove dog poop from the display area - we greatly appreciate this! If there is a too much poo we will be unable to install yard greeting and customer will be refunded 50% of the cost of the greeting. 
• Please do not keep helium or air filled balloons on or near the greeting. If the balloons happen to pop, they can damage the signs. 
• If negligent damage occurs to any signs (dogs, kids, husbands, moving, weed eaters, etc.), or loss of signs occur, you may be invoiced for replacements.

eNVy Yard Greetings  and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by the placement of our signs.

 Refund Policy:

• If you must cancel your booking, you may choose to receive 1/2 of the booking fee as a refund, or you may credit the full fee toward a future booking.
• In the event of inclement weather, high winds in particular, we may not be able to set up the greeting. You will receive a full refund in this case.
• No refunds will be given: if we are given the incorrect delivery address; ​the recipient of a gifted greeting asks us to remove the greeting; if we are denied access to a gated community; if hard ground prevents us from setting up our signs (soft ground required, please see rental policy); if animals prevent us from delivery, if high winds or severe weather require the early removal of your greeting, or any circumstances that are out of our control.
• Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• A $75 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must return to remove, move and re-setup a greeting at the correct address.
• A $50 re-delivery charge if we are unable to gain access to your property, or watering is required and we must return at a later time of day to install.
